Yoga classes in Mission Beach, Tully and Innisfail
Class and Course Finder would like to welcome Viv's Beauty Room and Yoga. Viv offers regular yoga classes in Mission Beach, Tully and Innisfail in Queensland. Classes are held in the evening, with two classes held in Mission Beach on a Tuesday and Thursday morning. Two half day workshops on the first and second Sunday of every month are held at Ingham and Innisfail respectively.
Viv teaches general Hatha Yoga with emphasis on the breath and moving with the breath. Once a month around the full moon restorative yoga is taught. This is a passive and very relaxing yoga practice with emphasis on restoring energy levels in the body without expending energy. These practices are very beneficial for counteracting stress levels that tend to build in the body/mind over time.
Viv also offers yoga retreats at Paluma, high in the mountains, in the lush rainforest of North Queensland. These are held twice a year in May and November. Time out to nurture and relax and unwind is the focus of these retreats.
Class Prices - Casual class $15.00 per session/$60.00 5 classes (valid 2 months)
Retreat Prices $320.00 all inclusive
