Business communication training and workshops

Class and Course Finder, rural and regional Australia's online directory, would like to introduce 3P Concepts to the website. They offer business communication workshops and training throughout Queensland, including Bundaberg, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns.

It's vital for businesses and individuals to develop effective communication skills through comprehensive workshops such as those developed and presented by Lynda Gale at 3P Concepts. 3P Concepts will mentor you to ensure you find solutions for your business management needs. These courses and workshops will assist you in learning about personality types and how to communicate effectively with each personality type; interpersonal communication techniques and managing these; personal control dramas; and ways to increase productivity and staff morale.

Below are the business communication workshops offered and these can be tailored to your particular business needs:

  1. Developing winning relationships: This course introduces personality types, the objective is to explain and demonstrate the four personality types (based on the personality plus model), so that an individual can not only identify with their own personal traits but also allows them to identify and relate to others around them. By understanding how we are ‘wired’ we can then also begin to communicate directly in the language of that personality. The information discussed in this course covers every aspect of our daily interactions whether at work, home, in private relationships or socially.
  2. Managing interactive dynamics: Once we understand the basic communication traits of our personality types we can than apply this knowledge externally to better understand the relationships of work colleagues (this can also be applied to any relationship) and encompasses interpersonal communication techniques including verbal, non-verbal and body language communication techniques. This workshop will open up participants to understand the mechanics of their interactions and relationships with others, and ultimately have conscious control of them.
  3. Understanding ‘Control’ Points – Behavioural circles and control dramas: With a basic understanding of how to identify and focus on key issues within interactive relationships, individuals will then discover the patterns that determine our relationships (again this information can be invaluable in any relationship context). The objective of this workshop is to promote conscious awareness of our personal control dramas so that we can then better conduct relationships.
  4. Managing Workplace Dynamics: With an understanding of how we are perceived by others, and why our colleagues behave or react in different situations and relationships, we can now begin to look at our workforce from a third perspective and identify areas where changes are needed to increase productivity, growth and morale. It’s knowing “who’s who’ in your work team and being able to provide a stable environment to manage individual dynamics, it is about providing a workplace culture that is dynamic and flexible enough to encourage individual contributions to a team project.
